The club is open to new members throughout the year. The subscription year runs from October to September. Members joining during the year will have their subscription adjusted pro-rata.

Definitions:

City members are golfers who live outside Wairarapa / Tararua (not eligible to play in trophy competitions).

Country members have full membership in Eketahuna, and affiliated membership of another club of their choice.

New members are people who have never played golf or held a NZGA handicap before.
